Introduction
The "Journal of Drought and Climate change Research (JDCR)" invites all professors and specialists of technical and engineering, agriculture, geography and sciences fields related to the problem of drought and climate change, to submit scientific and research manuscripts. The main purpose of publishing this journal is to present the latest achievements and results of researchers and management solutions in the field of drought and climate change as one of the real challenges of the country.
