If a Big Data Analytics data center is equipped with advanced generative artificial intelligence technology and is powered by renewable and carbon-free energy sources, can it be referred to as sustainable, pro-climate, pro-environment, green, etc.?
Advanced analytical systems, including complex forecasting models that enable multi-criteria, highly sophisticated, big data and information processing-based forecasts of the development of multi-faceted climatic, natural, social, economic and other processes are increasingly based on new Industry 4.0/5.0 technologies, including Big Data Analytics and machine learning, deep learning and generative artificial intelligence. The use of generative artificial intelligence technologies enables the application of complex data processing algorithms according to precisely defined assumptions and human-defined factors. The use of computerized, integrated business intelligence information systems allows real-time analysis on the basis of continuously updated data provided and the generation of reports, reports, expert opinions in accordance with the defined formulas for such studies. The use of digital twin technology allows computers to build simulations of complex, multi-faceted, prognosticated processes in accordance with defined scenarios of the potential possibility of these processes occurring in the future. In this regard, it is also important to determine the probability of occurrence in the future of several different defined and characterized scenarios of developments, specific processes, phenomena, etc. In this regard, Business Intelligence analytics should also make it possible to precisely determine the level of probability of the occurrence of a certain phenomenon, the operation of a process, the appearance of described effects, including those classified as opportunities and threats to the future development of the situation. Besides, Business Intelligence analytics should enable precise quantitative estimation of the scale of influence of positive and negative effects of the operation of certain processes, as well as factors acting on these processes and determinants conditioning the realization of certain scenarios of situation development. Cloud computing makes it possible, on the one hand, to update the database with new data and information from various institutions, think tanks, research institutes, companies and enterprises operating within a selected sector or industry of the economy, and, on the other hand, to enable simultaneous use of a database updated in this way by many beneficiaries, many business entities and/or, for example, also by many Internet users in a situation where the said database would be made available on the Internet. In a situation where Internet of Things technology is applied, it would be possible to access the said database from the level of various types of devices equipped with Internet access. The application of Blockchain technology makes it possible to increase the scale of cybersecurity of the transfer of data sent to the database and Big Data information as part of the updating of the collected data and as part of the use of the analytical system thus built by external entities. The use of machine learning and/or deep learning technologies in conjunction with artificial neural networks makes it possible to train an AI-based system to perform multi-criteria analysis, build multi-criteria simulation models, etc. in the way a human would. In order for such complex analytical systems that process large amounts of data and information to work efficiently it is a good solution to use state-of-the-art super quantum computers characterized by high computing power to process huge amounts of data in a short time. A center for multi-criteria analysis of large data sets built in this way can occupy quite a large floor space equipped with many servers. Due to the necessary cooling and ventilation system and security considerations, this kind of server room can be built underground. while due to the large amounts of electricity absorbed by this kind of big data analytics center, it is a good solution to build a power plant nearby to supply power to the said data center. If this kind of data analytics center is to be described as sustainable, in line with the trends of sustainable development and green transformation of the economy, so the power plant powering the data analytics center should generate electricity from renewable energy sources, e.g. from photovoltaic panels, windmills and/or other renewable and emission-free energy sources of such a situation, i.e., when a data analytics center that processes multi-criteria Big Data and Big Data Analytics information is powered by renewable and emission-free energy sources then it can be described as sustainable, pro-climate, pro-environment, green, etc. Besides, when the Big Data Analytics analytics center is equipped with advanced generative artificial intelligence technology and is powered by renewable and emission-free energy sources then the AI technology used can also be described as sustainable, pro-climate, pro-environment, green, etc. On the other hand, the Big Data Analytics center can be used to conduct multi-criteria analysis and build multi-faceted simulations of complex climatic, natural, economic, social processes, etc. with the aim of, for example. to develop scenarios of future development of processes observed up to now, to create simulations of continuation in the future of diagnosed historical trends, to develop different variants of scenarios of situation development according to the occurrence of certain determinants, to determine the probability of occurrence of said determinants, to estimate the scale of influence of external factors, the scale of potential materialization of certain categories of risk, the possibility of the occurrence of certain opportunities and threats, estimation of the level of probability of materialization of the various variants of scenarios, in which the potential continuation of the diagnosed trends was characterized for the processes under study, including the processes of sustainable development, green transformation of the economy, implementation of sustainable development goals, etc. Accordingly, the data analytical center built in this way can, on the one hand, be described as sustainable, since it is powered by renewable and emission-free energy sources. In addition to this, the data analytical center can also be helpful in building simulations of complex multi-criteria processes, including the continuation of certain trends of determinants influencing the said processes and the factors co-creating them, which concern the potential development of sustainable processes, e.g. economic, i.e. concerning sustainable economic development. Therefore, the data analytical center built in this way can be helpful, for example, in developing a complex, multifactor simulation of the progressive global warming process in subsequent years, the occurrence in the future of the negative effects of the deepening scale of climate change, the negative impact of these processes on the economy, but also to forecast and develop simulations of the future process of carrying out a pro-environmental and pro-climate transformation of the classic growth, brown, linear economy of excess to a sustainable, green, zero-carbon zero-growth and closed-loop economy. So, the sustainable data analytical center built in this way will be able to be defined as sustainable due to the supply of renewable and zero-carbon energy sources, but will also be helpful in developing simulations of future processes of green transformation of the economy carried out according to certain assumptions, defined determinants, estimated probability of occurrence of certain impact factors and conditions, etc. orz estimating costs, gains and losses, opportunities and threats, identifying risk factors, particular categories of risks and estimating the feasibility of the defined scenarios of the green transformation of the economy planned to be implemented. In this way, a sustainable data analytical center can also be of great help in the smooth and rapid implementation of the green transformation of the economy.

This question is asked in relation to the article, "Red and white blood cell morphology characterization and hands-on time analysis by the digital cell imaging analyzer DI-60". The mentioned study investigates the capabilities of the Sysmex DI-60 digital morphology analyzer in examining the shape of both red and white blood cells. Additionally, it explores the impact of using this analyzer on the time required for analysis.
In the article, "Red and White Blood Cell Morphology Characterization and Hands-on Time Analysis by the Digital Cell Imaging Analyzer DI-60 by Kweon et al. (2022)," it showed inconsistent results with schistocytes. Schistocytes are mostly associated with Microangiopathic Hemolytic Anemia (MAHAs).

Based on the article, the analytical performance of DI-60 has been evaluated in line with its capability to recognize various RBC morphology and WBC differentials accurately. I am eager to know if aside from blood samples, the digital analyzer can also efficiently characterize these cells on other specimens such as bodily fluids and bone marrow specimens, with the TAT difference between manual and digital review of normal and abnormal morphologies still in consideration.

I prepared a thick film of PVDF using the solution casting method. To measure the energy harvested, I tried using copper and aluminium foils and silver deposited using thermal evaporation. Then it is connected to a bridge rectifier and the voltage is measured using a Tektronix digital oscilloscope. But the voltage generated is zero during bending. What can be the possible reasons behind that?

Can the digitization and Internetization of the tax settlement system, tax settlements and online data transfer between business entities and tax office institutions increase the tightness of the tax system, increase the scale of tax collection, increase the scale of tax revenue to the state's public finance system?
In recent years, in economies characterized by a high level of development of ICT, Internet and Industry 4.0/5.0 information technologies, the scale of the impact of these technologies on the economic processes taking place is also growing. The aforementioned technologies are becoming one of the important factors of production in developed knowledge-based economies. More and more companies, enterprises, financial and public institutions are implementing the aforementioned technologies in order to improve economic processes, to increase the efficiency of the processes carried out in various spheres of economic and business activities. The implementation of the aforementioned new technologies into various spheres of business entities and public institutions increases the scale of digitization and Internetization of the economy. One of the spheres of the aforementioned process of digitization and Internetization of the economy is also the digitization and Internetization of the tax settlement system carried out by various entities operating in the economy, including citizens and business entities paying taxes to the institutions of tax offices. On the other hand, the issue of communication carried out remotely via the Internet between public institutions, including institutions of the fiscal system with citizens and business entities, companies and enterprises may improve. For citizens and business entities, the increase in the scale of digitization and Internetization of the economy may be associated with the convenience associated with the development of Internet-based remote communication. On the other hand, increasing the scale of digitization and Internetization of remote communication processes and tax settlements carried out online between citizens, business entities and institutions of the fiscal system may also contribute to reducing the scale of development of the shadow economy, avoidance of paying taxes to the state and, consequently, to increasing the scale of sealing the tax system.
In view of the above, I address the following question to the esteemed community of scientists and researchers:
Can the digitization and Internetization of the tax settlement system, tax settlements and online data transfer between business entities and tax office institutions increase the tightness of the tax system, increase the scale of tax collection, increase the scale of tax revenues to the state's public finance system?

For some developed digital twin models, intuitively, the simulation results show almost no difference from the actual outcomes. Such system is named as "high fidelity digital twin".
My question is, for a digital twin system, should we not be concerned about the issue of overfitting? In other words, the higher fidelity the better?
A rather low level question: In an experimental setup, an antenna has to be driven by a digital signal, amplified by two full bridges containing GaN FETs like Qorvo's QPD0020. As usual, the bridges introduce the problem of how to transmit the signal to the high side. The signal is generated by an ECL circuit, resulting in rise/fall times below 200 ps; the FETs aren't slower, and fast switching is an important characteristic of the experiment.
But digital optocouplers seem to be limited to about 150 MHz. In the literature, it is mentioned that optocouplers employing a laser diode could reach a few GHz, but neither a manufacturer nor a type designation is given.
On the other hand, there are transmitters and receivers for glass fibers, reaching 10 GB/s and more. But due to the integration of network protocols they fail to transmit a simple "0" or "1" for arbitrary long duration, or a simple 27 MHz clock signal.
So, if you know of a digital optocoupler which is able to transmit DC as well as 2 to 3 GHz, I would be very grateful for every hint. If it is an obsolete part I might be lucky at AERI or similar shops offering old stock.

I am seeking a case study that prompts students to analyze the reasons behind the failure of a digital transformation project and subsequently encourages them to propose strategies for preventing similar failures in the future.

COVID 19 pandemic has resulted in a widespread use of digital technology. In addition, it has given the boost to gig economy. Therefore, this discussion aims an interaction on how digital platforms are contributing towards freelancing.
A magazine I read asked readers if they'd consider a brain implant that improves mental function. Here's my answer. Do you think my ideas are feasible?
Not until they can implant it without surgery. BITS - the binary digits of 1 and 0 - are the basis of AIs (Artificial Intelligences). Why can't the subatomic particles composing everything in the universe each be constructed from trillions of BITS? The electrical wavelengths could be made sufficiently tiny by using overtones (wavelengths that complete many cycles for each cycle in a familiar pulse).
If the implant and the brain are digital, the chip could merely be downloaded and installed. Programmed correctly, that chip could add or delete anything and everything we choose by emulating computers’ copy/paste function to add things; as well as their delete function, to remove things (these feats make me wonder if people really can walk on water and perform other miracles).
We'll also be able to transfer the brain's contents into a clone, another body, or an android - infinite times if necessary - and thus say hello to immortality. When quantum mechanics and General Relativity are united into quantum gravity or the Theory of Everything, we'll have access to everything in space and time.

In today's most popular online social media, there have recently been many untrustworthy advertisements for various products and services, including misleading ads presenting false, unreliable, fraudulent offers of pseudo financial services. Often beginners or experienced influencers and youtubers play the role of presenting certain offers. Sometimes the people presenting certain untrustworthy offers of products or services are seemingly random people who, seemingly as mere citizens of the Internet who want to share their experiences of using various offers, presenting mainly or exclusively positive aspects of using certain presented products and services in reality are paid by the companies whose offers they present. Sometimes influencers and youtubers are given ownership of a specific advertised product for free as a form of gratification. In addition, artificial intelligence technology is increasingly being used to create advertising spots broadcast on social media. Individuals and companies using generative artificial intelligence technology, including applications based on AI technology available for free on the Internet to create advertising spots are taking advantage of legal loopholes, i.e. the lack of legal regulations that would normalize this sphere of the use of AI technology and limit the scale of misinformation, generation of fejknews, untrustworthy advertisements presenting various product and service offers using misleading content to the public that is inconsistent with facts, unverified using reliable, objective expert knowledge, scientific research conducted, etc. In addition, in AI-generated spots, animations and advertising videos, more and more often, instead of human influencers and youtubers, there are replacing them with a kind of avatars, digitally generated people who do not exist in reality. It happens that digitally generated images of real existing public figures of politicians, athletes, showbiz people, actors, singers, etc. are used in unreliably generated spots, animations and advertising videos, into whose mouths are put statements, texts, words that in reality they have never spoken. Recently, more and more often in the online social media, in which there are certain segments, generations of Internet users, citizens, there are many unreliable, taking advantage of the low level of knowledge in the field, offers of pseudo financial services, offers of supposedly super easy and highly profitable investments in cryptocurrencies, in miraculous investment strategies in Bitcoin requiring virtually no knowledge of finance, extra unique investment offers in precious metals, in contracts on selected securities, shares of dynamically growing startups basing their development on artificial intelligence technology, conducting innovative research projects with the aim of creating a miracle cure for cancer or other difficult-to-treat or incurable diseases. Public organizations and institutions representing the interests of consumer citizens, dealing with the issue of consumer protection and competition, investigating the problem of unreliable and misleading citizens presented in social media spots, animations, advertising videos, NGOs and socially active organizations are trying to warn citizens against such unreliable, fraudulent, false content ads. However, the main role in protecting citizens acting as consumers of information should be played by the technology companies running the aforementioned online social media. Leading online technology companies running popular social media sites are developing new technologies and are most equipped with modern ICT, Industry 4.0/5.0 technologies, and are therefore most predisposed to create reliably effective systems for verifying the content used in advertising campaigns run on their social media. This is because there is a lack of legal regulations in the legal normatives that would oblige the companies running social networks earning money from the advertisements posted to verify the content used in the advertisements, to check the issue of compliance of the content of the advertisements with the facts, with the generally applicable expert knowledge, with the results of scientific research conducted, and to make the said technology companies fully responsible for the content of the advertisements posted in their social media and for the financial, social, moral and other damages caused by the advertisements not properly verified. Besides, in addition to the necessary legal regulations, there should be a system of mandatory insurance fund financed by the said technology companies, from which compensation would be paid for all the negative effects caused by the broadcast on social media of fake news, misleading product and service offers, unreliable influencers, youtubers, advertising companies, etc. An additional solution that should be introduced is the possibility of legal enforcement of financial claims on the aforementioned insurance funds from unreliable influencers, youtubers, advertising companies, etc.

In my opinion, among others, in the fields of medical therapies, communications, logistics, new online media, life science, ecology, economics, finance, etc., and also in the field of predictive analytics, there is an increase in the applications of ICT information technologies and Industry 4.0/Industry 5.0. Artificial intelligence technologies are growing rapidly as they find applications in various industries and sectors of the economy. This proposal aims to develop an advanced mathematical framework for a third-party service provider to authenticate device users' activities while preserving privacy. The framework will utilize encrypted GPS coordinates and multi-factor authentication in compliance with NIST, PCI, IETF, and ICANN standards. It will focus on Zero-Knowledge Proofs (ZKPs) to maintain user privacy, exploring three distinct models: the plain model, the common random string model, and the random oracle model.
Introduction:
- Background: As digital interactions increase, the need for robust, privacy-preserving authentication mechanisms becomes crucial.
- Objective: To create a mathematical model for third-party verification that adheres to international standards and utilizes ZKPs to ensure user privacy during various digital interactions.
Standards and Compliance:
- NIST (National Institute of Standards and Technology): Explore encryption standards and guidelines for secure cryptographic practices.
- PCI (Payment Card Industry): Incorporate data security standards for handling GPS and transaction-related data.
- IETF (Internet Engineering Task Force): Follow protocols and standards for internet security, including SSL/TLS for sessions and RDP connections.

- Zero-Knowledge Proofs for Privacy:Plain Model: Implement interactive ZKPs where the verifier selects random challenges, and the prover responds, ensuring the verifier's conviction of the prover's knowledge without revealing it. Common Random String Model: Utilize non-interactive ZKPs where both parties have access to a common random string, facilitating the proof without interaction. Random Oracle Model: Apply the Fiat–Shamir heuristic for non-interactive ZKPs, assuming the computational hardness of certain problems (e.g., collision resistance of hash functions).
- Geofence Authentication without Revealing Location:Employ ZKPs to validate a device's presence within a geofence without disclosing exact coordinates. Ensure that these proofs are efficient, secure, and compliant with the identified standards.
- Third-Party Verification Protocol:Develop protocols allowing third parties to verify actions like SSL sessions and contract signings without accessing sensitive location or private data.

Artificial Intelligence (AI) was seen as the new revolution (and it still is) some years back. Nevertheles, recent discussions seem to present an aspect of AI that deviates from what humans anticipated, including potential “takeovers”.
According to a post by Professor Philip Goff (2019) on The Conversation, consciousness is unobservable. It is nearly impossible to see someone’s feelings merely by looking at them. And since you can’t look inside their heads and judge the same, we prefer to make inferences. When it comes to immeasurable parameters, the famous correlation analysis leads the talk.
In the digital domain, about 90% of these inferences are data driven. But can these data be always right and can they define consciousness (if they do arise)? Obviously not. If so or otherwise, should we be worried that AI will someday gain consciousness (to surprise humanity, as discussed in recent debates) especially when we almost absolutely rely on data that are only partly understood from these ”machines” ?

The question is, how do we act and react as humans? Are we driving change, or are we being driven by change? Disruption has become something commonplace nowadays.
Now, everything changes based on data calculations. Everything that used to be unconnected is now connected and intelligent, such as cars, cities, ports, airports, smartphones, video calls, even satellites, even things that we thought were impossible, namely humans connected by sensors and able to communicate with each other. This change is due to the combination of various technologies that support each other, creating extraordinary changes. The current digital era encourages the processing and use of Big Data, the Internet of Things, artificial intelligence and machine learning and robotics.
Engaging with analogue technologies and systems can foster a range of skills, competencies, and dispositions that are distinct from those associated with digital technologies. Here are some aspects that are often cultivated by analogue experiences:

Digital transformation seems to be more than just the digitization of data and processes, or digitization in combination with robotisation. It leads to a special kind of socio-economic change. With digital transformation the events gain its momentum and affect functioning of organisations and many aspects of lives of individuals, with consequences as follows:
• the emergence of the almost ubiquitous Internet of Things – subjectivity and objectivity become complex,
• the unreal world becomes a new reality,
• use of smartphones – the need for continuous communication (Fear of Missing Out)
• virtual assistants,
• threats to our private lives through the unauthorized use of security cameras and surveillance equipment

We are working on operationalizing digital health governance on a country level, which has been suggested by World Health Organization and many others involved in this field. While general term - "enhanced digital health governance" is powerful guidance, countries still need to operationalize it. However, searching the published literature we failed to identify commonly agreed taxnomy/definition of specific functions of digital health that are required for enhanced governance. Our review of literature let to the following thought and list that we could consider and we wonder if:
- The list makes sense and, if not, what should be added/deleted/changed?
- Is there a publication that provides better framework to operationalize governance? And if yes please suggest the reference.
Our list builds on digital health system architecture and domains and asks the question about required arrangements that could help adequately govern the stated domain.
- Governance and Policy - who defines who is in charge for overall governance of the digital health system development and setting the policies/rules?
- Electronic Health Records (EHR) - who regulates/identifies the content of the record, sets the digital standard for the data contained in the EHR?

In a Supply Chain, digital transformation a lot of resilience through data diagnostics, demand sensing and inventory optimisation. However, the world still revolves around a poor execution of the same.
In my opinion, digital transformation is failing for reasons, including
1. Lack of goals: Absence of a digital strategy and goal
2. Resistance to change: Employees may be unwilling to change or fear losing status or job security
3. Data silos
4. Lack of expertise to lead digitization initiatives
5. High implementation costs: (highly important, specially for a country like India)
I was trying to find a way, if it is even possible in the foreseeable future, for global supply chains to transform digitally. This would allow to be proactive and avoid disruptions amidst times in the past, like COVID-19. Additionally, it would also protect the value chain.
