Advanced analytical systems, including complex forecasting models that enable multi-criteria, highly sophisticated, big data and information processing-based forecasts of the development of multi-faceted climatic, natural, social, economic and other processes are increasingly based on new Industry 4.0/5.0 technologies, including Big Data Analytics and machine learning, deep learning and generative artificial intelligence. The use of generative artificial intelligence technologies enables the application of complex data processing algorithms according to precisely defined assumptions and human-defined factors. The use of computerized, integrated business intelligence information systems allows real-time analysis on the basis of continuously updated data provided and the generation of reports, reports, expert opinions in accordance with the defined formulas for such studies. The use of digital twin technology allows computers to build simulations of complex, multi-faceted, prognosticated processes in accordance with defined scenarios of the potential possibility of these processes occurring in the future. In this regard, it is also important to determine the probability of occurrence in the future of several different defined and characterized scenarios of developments, specific processes, phenomena, etc. In this regard, Business Intelligence analytics should also make it possible to precisely determine the level of probability of the occurrence of a certain phenomenon, the operation of a process, the appearance of described effects, including those classified as opportunities and threats to the future development of the situation. Besides, Business Intelligence analytics should enable precise quantitative estimation of the scale of influence of positive and negative effects of the operation of certain processes, as well as factors acting on these processes and determinants conditioning the realization of certain scenarios of situation development. Cloud computing makes it possible, on the one hand, to update the database with new data and information from various institutions, think tanks, research institutes, companies and enterprises operating within a selected sector or industry of the economy, and, on the other hand, to enable simultaneous use of a database updated in this way by many beneficiaries, many business entities and/or, for example, also by many Internet users in a situation where the said database would be made available on the Internet. In a situation where Internet of Things technology is applied, it would be possible to access the said database from the level of various types of devices equipped with Internet access. The application of Blockchain technology makes it possible to increase the scale of cybersecurity of the transfer of data sent to the database and Big Data information as part of the updating of the collected data and as part of the use of the analytical system thus built by external entities. The use of machine learning and/or deep learning technologies in conjunction with artificial neural networks makes it possible to train an AI-based system to perform multi-criteria analysis, build multi-criteria simulation models, etc. in the way a human would. In order for such complex analytical systems that process large amounts of data and information to work efficiently it is a good solution to use state-of-the-art super quantum computers characterized by high computing power to process huge amounts of data in a short time. A center for multi-criteria analysis of large data sets built in this way can occupy quite a large floor space equipped with many servers. Due to the necessary cooling and ventilation system and security considerations, this kind of server room can be built underground. while due to the large amounts of electricity absorbed by this kind of big data analytics center, it is a good solution to build a power plant nearby to supply power to the said data center. If this kind of data analytics center is to be described as sustainable, in line with the trends of sustainable development and green transformation of the economy, so the power plant powering the data analytics center should generate electricity from renewable energy sources, e.g. from photovoltaic panels, windmills and/or other renewable and emission-free energy sources of such a situation, i.e., when a data analytics center that processes multi-criteria Big Data and Big Data Analytics information is powered by renewable and emission-free energy sources then it can be described as sustainable, pro-climate, pro-environment, green, etc. Besides, when the Big Data Analytics analytics center is equipped with advanced generative artificial intelligence technology and is powered by renewable and emission-free energy sources then the AI technology used can also be described as sustainable, pro-climate, pro-environment, green, etc. On the other hand, the Big Data Analytics center can be used to conduct multi-criteria analysis and build multi-faceted simulations of complex climatic, natural, economic, social processes, etc. with the aim of, for example. to develop scenarios of future development of processes observed up to now, to create simulations of continuation in the future of diagnosed historical trends, to develop different variants of scenarios of situation development according to the occurrence of certain determinants, to determine the probability of occurrence of said determinants, to estimate the scale of influence of external factors, the scale of potential materialization of certain categories of risk, the possibility of the occurrence of certain opportunities and threats, estimation of the level of probability of materialization of the various variants of scenarios, in which the potential continuation of the diagnosed trends was characterized for the processes under study, including the processes of sustainable development, green transformation of the economy, implementation of sustainable development goals, etc. Accordingly, the data analytical center built in this way can, on the one hand, be described as sustainable, since it is powered by renewable and emission-free energy sources. In addition to this, the data analytical center can also be helpful in building simulations of complex multi-criteria processes, including the continuation of certain trends of determinants influencing the said processes and the factors co-creating them, which concern the potential development of sustainable processes, e.g. economic, i.e. concerning sustainable economic development. Therefore, the data analytical center built in this way can be helpful, for example, in developing a complex, multifactor simulation of the progressive global warming process in subsequent years, the occurrence in the future of the negative effects of the deepening scale of climate change, the negative impact of these processes on the economy, but also to forecast and develop simulations of the future process of carrying out a pro-environmental and pro-climate transformation of the classic growth, brown, linear economy of excess to a sustainable, green, zero-carbon zero-growth and closed-loop economy. So, the sustainable data analytical center built in this way will be able to be defined as sustainable due to the supply of renewable and zero-carbon energy sources, but will also be helpful in developing simulations of future processes of green transformation of the economy carried out according to certain assumptions, defined determinants, estimated probability of occurrence of certain impact factors and conditions, etc. orz estimating costs, gains and losses, opportunities and threats, identifying risk factors, particular categories of risks and estimating the feasibility of the defined scenarios of the green transformation of the economy planned to be implemented. In this way, a sustainable data analytical center can also be of great help in the smooth and rapid implementation of the green transformation of the economy.

The principle of Sysmex DI-60 is flow cytometry, wherein the cells pass through a tube and is being measured or mapped out by a laser. The average size of red blood cell is 7.5 um while bodily fluids such as crystalline structures is around 100-200 um, the machine is able to filter non blood cell from the tube before going through the laser. On another assessment, it is rarely to find other bodily fluids in the circulatory system except for contamination, the blood collection process ensure that only blood cells are collected and other bodily fluids such as urine, bone marrow or semen can be collected from other means, and for them being on different bodily system, the likelihood of contamination is narrow. As an hypothesis, if there is infact a contamination, TAT would not be affected because it is established that the machine filter the specimen before passing through the laser.

great question. From my current understanding:
  • A simulation is an imitative representation of a system or process that could exist. Once build with valid external data (building and validation) it is not dependent on external sources anymore and could generate output as isolated system.
  • A digital twin on the other hand is a simulation model that bidirectionally exchanges data with the imitated system in real-time. The model dynamically adjusts to the system (measured conditions) and the system can e adjusted to the models predictions (e.g. predicitve maintenance).
Have a look at the attached figure. Maybe this was helpful.

On the other hand, the issue of communication carried out remotely via the Internet between public institutions, including institutions of the fiscal system with citizens and business entities, companies and enterprises may improve. For citizens and business entities, the increase in the scale of digitization and Internetization of the economy may be associated with the convenience associated with the development of Internet-based remote communication. On the other hand, increasing the scale of digitization and Internetization of remote communication processes and tax settlements carried out online between citizens, business entities and institutions of the fiscal system may also contribute to reducing the scale of development of the shadow economy, avoidance of paying taxes to the state and, consequently, to increasing the scale of sealing the tax system.
In view of the above, I address the following question to the esteemed community of scientists and researchers:

[First, digitalization can help relax information constraints through better ways to verify the true economic outcomes of taxpayers. Digitalization makes it easier for governments to link existing information in various parts of the tax system to better detect evasion or avoidance. Digitalization can thus be seen as improving the tax enforcement technology of the government. Better tax enforcement allows governments to raise the same revenue with lower taxes (more efficiency) or to raise more tax revenue with the same taxes.
Second, digitalization can allow governments to implement more sophisticated tax systems. For example, tax liabilities can be conditioned not only on current yearly (labor) income, but also on income earned in different periods, income earned by spouses, asset holdings, and so on. By conditioning tax schedules on more information, government can better target income redistribution. Consequently, the same income redistribution can be achieved with lower tax rates, or the same tax rates can achieve more income redistribution. By using more information in the design of tax systems, digitalization can thus alleviate the equity-efficiency trade-off.
Importantly, however, digitalization can never negate the equity-efficiency trade-off. Important economic behaviors remain the private information of taxpayers and therefore unobservable to tax authorities (such as work effort). This remains so even in a fully digitized world, and even if there were no tax avoidance or evasion. However, by conditioning tax schedules on variables that go beyond current incomes, governments can improve the equity-efficiency trade-off while respecting the fundamental information constraints on the non-verifiability of certain economic behaviors.]

This is a really good question. Well, it depends on two things. What you are using the digital twin for, and The nature of your real system like its volatility and how much it's deterministic.
For a prediction of future results for example. If the system is deterministic, then the higher the fedelity the better, because the system will never give a non usual response to the digital twin.
Now if the system has a stochastic (random) component, the risk will be if the fidelity that you measure is the real fidelity of the system. For example, you measured it only on some part of the historic data where everything was usual. So, your testing and measurment should include cases where the system have a non usual response. Particularly, if you don't have a long enough data you should think of how your system will respond if you have a rare event like an accident or something where your usual equations for example will not be working. So you fall into a risk analysis study.

A rather low level question: In an experimental setup, an antenna has to be driven by a digital signal, amplified by two full bridges containing GaN FETs like Qorvo's QPD0020. As usual, the bridges introduce the problem of how to transmit the signal to the high side. The signal is generated by an ECL circuit, resulting in rise/fall times below 200 ps; the FETs aren't slower, and fast switching is an important characteristic of the experiment.

On the other hand, there are transmitters and receivers for glass fibers, reaching 10 GB/s and more. But due to the integration of network protocols they fail to transmit a simple "0" or "1" for arbitrary long duration, or a simple 27 MHz clock signal.
So, if you know of a digital optocoupler which is able to transmit DC as well as 2 to 3 GHz, I would be very grateful for every hint. If it is an obsolete part I might be lucky at AERI or similar shops offering old stock.

A magazine I read asked readers if they'd consider a brain implant that improves mental function. Here's my answer. Do you think my ideas are feasible?
Not until they can implant it without surgery. BITS - the binary digits of 1 and 0 - are the basis of AIs (Artificial Intelligences). Why can't the subatomic particles composing everything in the universe each be constructed from trillions of BITS? The electrical wavelengths could be made sufficiently tiny by using overtones (wavelengths that complete many cycles for each cycle in a familiar pulse).
If the implant and the brain are digital, the chip could merely be downloaded and installed. Programmed correctly, that chip could add or delete anything and everything we choose by emulating computers’ copy/paste function to add things; as well as their delete function, to remove things (these feats make me wonder if people really can walk on water and perform other miracles).
We'll also be able to transfer the brain's contents into a clone, another body, or an android - infinite times if necessary - and thus say hello to immortality. When quantum mechanics and General Relativity are united into quantum gravity or the Theory of Everything, we'll have access to everything in space and time.

In today's most popular online social media, there have recently been many untrustworthy advertisements for various products and services, including misleading ads presenting false, unreliable, fraudulent offers of pseudo financial services. Often beginners or experienced influencers and youtubers play the role of presenting certain offers. Sometimes the people presenting certain untrustworthy offers of products or services are seemingly random people who, seemingly as mere citizens of the Internet who want to share their experiences of using various offers, presenting mainly or exclusively positive aspects of using certain presented products and services in reality are paid by the companies whose offers they present. Sometimes influencers and youtubers are given ownership of a specific advertised product for free as a form of gratification. In addition, artificial intelligence technology is increasingly being used to create advertising spots broadcast on social media. Individuals and companies using generative artificial intelligence technology, including applications based on AI technology available for free on the Internet to create advertising spots are taking advantage of legal loopholes, i.e. the lack of legal regulations that would normalize this sphere of the use of AI technology and limit the scale of misinformation, generation of fejknews, untrustworthy advertisements presenting various product and service offers using misleading content to the public that is inconsistent with facts, unverified using reliable, objective expert knowledge, scientific research conducted, etc. In addition, in AI-generated spots, animations and advertising videos, more and more often, instead of human influencers and youtubers, there are replacing them with a kind of avatars, digitally generated people who do not exist in reality. It happens that digitally generated images of real existing public figures of politicians, athletes, showbiz people, actors, singers, etc. are used in unreliably generated spots, animations and advertising videos, into whose mouths are put statements, texts, words that in reality they have never spoken. Recently, more and more often in the online social media, in which there are certain segments, generations of Internet users, citizens, there are many unreliable, taking advantage of the low level of knowledge in the field, offers of pseudo financial services, offers of supposedly super easy and highly profitable investments in cryptocurrencies, in miraculous investment strategies in Bitcoin requiring virtually no knowledge of finance, extra unique investment offers in precious metals, in contracts on selected securities, shares of dynamically growing startups basing their development on artificial intelligence technology, conducting innovative research projects with the aim of creating a miracle cure for cancer or other difficult-to-treat or incurable diseases. Public organizations and institutions representing the interests of consumer citizens, dealing with the issue of consumer protection and competition, investigating the problem of unreliable and misleading citizens presented in social media spots, animations, advertising videos, NGOs and socially active organizations are trying to warn citizens against such unreliable, fraudulent, false content ads. However, the main role in protecting citizens acting as consumers of information should be played by the technology companies running the aforementioned online social media. Leading online technology companies running popular social media sites are developing new technologies and are most equipped with modern ICT, Industry 4.0/5.0 technologies, and are therefore most predisposed to create reliably effective systems for verifying the content used in advertising campaigns run on their social media. This is because there is a lack of legal regulations in the legal normatives that would oblige the companies running social networks earning money from the advertisements posted to verify the content used in the advertisements, to check the issue of compliance of the content of the advertisements with the facts, with the generally applicable expert knowledge, with the results of scientific research conducted, and to make the said technology companies fully responsible for the content of the advertisements posted in their social media and for the financial, social, moral and other damages caused by the advertisements not properly verified. Besides, in addition to the necessary legal regulations, there should be a system of mandatory insurance fund financed by the said technology companies, from which compensation would be paid for all the negative effects caused by the broadcast on social media of fake news, misleading product and service offers, unreliable influencers, youtubers, advertising companies, etc. An additional solution that should be introduced is the possibility of legal enforcement of financial claims on the aforementioned insurance funds from unreliable influencers, youtubers, advertising companies, etc.

1/ - The answer to the main question is in the first sentence - companies that make money on advertising are materially interested in having as many ads as possible. Therefore, any verification of ads is not in their interest.
2/ - How do you imagine verifying the reliability of advertisements? If you do it really seriously, it may turn out that no ad will pass the reliability test. The essence of advertising is to persuade people to behave in a certain way, make decisions, make choices, make purchases, conclude contracts, etc. Advertising typically uses manipulation, at least by exposing the advantages and omitting the disadvantages of products, services, investment offers... etc. Expecting reliability from advertisements is at least naive, and making important decisions based on them without verification on your own is stupid.
3/ - AI is a threat because it raises the possibilities of manipulation to a higher level. But the possibilities of manipulation themselves have existed for a very long time - only the technical means of their implementation and propagation are changing. Without questioning the validity of attempts to legally regulate this phenomenon, I am afraid that without appropriate education these regulations will be ineffective. Ultimately, AI will certainly be a cheaper solution than corrupting the so-called influencers. There remains the issue of distinguishing real people from artificially generated personas. This problem has also existed for years, for example in the form of troll farms used in commercial activities, in political marketing, as well as for the manipulation of social moods and information and psychological operations, which we can beyond any doubt qualify as an element of hybrid warfare. AI provides new technical possibilities, but the phenomenon itself is not new.
4/ - The idea of compensation requires consideration of the scope of liability. Compensations may be counterproductive. People protected by the possibility of obtaining compensation may become less careful and prudent and make more risky decisions in hopes of compensating for possible negative consequences. The experience of numerous frauds and financial pyramids shows that people who are eager to look for easy profits are also eager to look outside for those who are guilty and responsible for their own mistakes. I believe that reinforcing such attitudes by shifting responsibility for wrong decisions to other entities is at least risky.
5/ - I see no chance for practical verification of the compliance of advertisements with scientific knowledge. The essence of advertising is a large dose of creativity aimed at giving the recipient specific impressions and emotions. Ultimately, the introduction of such regulations may end in questioning the image of a purple cow in the "Milka" advertisement, because there are no such cows, while the authors of the most perfidious advertisements will probably make every effort to maintain formal compliance with such regulations. When you order a service and you are not satisfied with its performance, you can easily verify whether the contractor simply did something wrong or wanted to cheat you. An honest contractor will try to solve the problem himself, while a fraudster will be so well prepared and legally protected that it may be unprofitable to get him to acknowledge the complaint. If someone intends to act dishonestly, they usually prepare well for it and take care to minimize legal risk. Therefore, I expect exactly the same with regard to possible regulations regarding advertising accuracy.
6/ - To sum up, I believe that trying to solve the problem using legal methods will not be effective. We must take into account great resistance from groups that earn a lot of money from this type of advertising, accusations of introducing censorship and limiting freedom of speech, as well as undesirable side effects. For example, attempts to combat disinformation and conspiracy theories by legal means may add media coverage and contribute to their popularization. It may also turn out that the introduced provisions will actually become the basis for limiting freedom of speech by, at least temporarily, blocking publications that are inconvenient for the authorities and do not necessarily have the nature of advertising content. Therefore, I believe that education related to this type of threats, developing critical thinking skills and verification of sources, as well as reliable economic and social education as an element of protection against manipulation and belief in easy profits or simple solutions to complex problems are much more important.

In the context of tourism destination management, destination marketing is ascribed an elementary function. Destination marketing can be defined as: "selection and strategic combination of a consistent mix of brand elements to identify and distinguish a destination through positive image building" (Cai 2002).
Destination brand management has a special task in that it emphasizes the individual charm of a destination and gives the destination a unique identity in global competition and distinguishes it from the competition (Aaker 1996; Morgan & Pritchard 2004). Consequently, a brand represents a unique combination of (tourism) products, (destination) characteristics as well as functional and non-functional added values that have taken on a relevant meaning. These are now inextricably linked to this brand, and awareness of it can be either conscious or intuitive (Macrae et al. 1995).
In order to implement and apply destination branding effectively and efficiently, five essential components are required, namely: 1. brand culture, 2. brand leadership, 3. brand communication, 4. coordination of various service providers and 5. stakeholder partnerships (Hankinson 2009). Strong destination brands are characterized in particular by rich emotional meaning, strong conversational value and the creation of high anticipation/expectation (Morgan, Pritchard & Piggott 2002).Typologically, Hankinson (2004) distinguishes four types of brand conception: brands in their function as 1. communication instruments, 2. perceptual units, 3. value enhancers and, last but not least, 4. relationships.
Destination brands can thus represent the relationship between destination image and the self-image of visitors on the one hand and the relationship between brand and consumers on the other - precisely where the needs of the guests, the symbolic values and the functional attributes of the brand coincide (Miligan 1995).Ultimately, this always serves to influence the choice of destination (Morgan & Pritchard 1999).

Regardless of age group, social status, purchasing behaviour, transaction methods (e.g., post-pandemic cashless society trends), intrinsic data protection levels, or external frameworks like the General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR), Digital Footprints (DF) are traceable and globally shared. This often leads to unsolicited approaches, potentially exposing personal information without consent to unwarranted users and adversaries.
For instance, our active DF—manifested through social media, emails, blogs, 'likes,' and published photos—reveal our activities. Conversely, passive DF consists of unintentionally left data recorded by cookies during website visits, including search history and viewed content. This information is frequently leveraged to enhance products and services, serving as a tool to track and analyse the behaviours and demands of online users.
Given the limited control individuals often have over their DF, these digital identities can be exploited for revenue generation without their knowledge. This exploitation encompasses targeted advertising, the use of cookies, and implications for browsing and shopping industries. This sector is also gradually becoming one of the dominant forces in the national economy. In 2021, the digital economy reached US$7.1 trillion (RMB 47.94 trillion), ranking second after the United States, according to a white paper issued by the China Academy of Information and Communications Technology (CAICT). Statistics also show that the digital economy’s share in the national GDP, measured by the combined value of technology products and integrated digital inputs, reached 39.8 percent in 2021, up from 20.9 percent in 2012.
The country aims to raise the proportion of the added value of core digital economy industries in its GDP to 10 percent in 2025, up from 7.8 percent in 2020.
By 2025, China will see the digital transformation of industries reach a new level, digital public services will become more inclusive, and the digital economy governance system will improve noticeably.

I am not sure I understood the question correctly, but using any kind of scale which is based on infected surface area instead of the infected surface area itself, only means you lose data by this, which definetly is a big no (unless you want to obtain the data faster). It is even a common strategy to calculate back the scale data to percentages, based on the midpoints of the scale category. If you have multiple assessment date during a period instead of average try AUDPC.

The acceleration of the processes of digitization of the economy triggered by the development of the Covid-19 pandemic has resulted in a significant increase in computerization, Internetization, applications of ICT information technologies and Industry 4.0 to various economic processes. There is an increase in applications of specific Industry 4.0 technologies in many industries and sectors of the economy, i.e., such as Big Data Analytics, Data Science, cloud computing, machine learning, personal and industrial Internet of Things, artificial intelligence, Business Intelligence, autonomous robots, horizontal and vertical data system integration, multi-criteria simulation models, digital twins, additive manufacturing, Blockchain, cybersecurity instruments, Virtual and Augmented Reality, and other advanced Data Mining technologies. In my opinion, among others, in the fields of medical therapies, communications, logistics, new online media, life science, ecology, economics, finance, etc., and also in the field of predictive analytics, there is an increase in the applications of ICT information technologies and Industry 4.0/Industry 5.0. Artificial intelligence technologies are growing rapidly as they find applications in various industries and sectors of the economy. It is only up to human beings how and in what capacity artificial intelligence technology will be implemented in various manufacturing processes, analytical processes, etc., where large data sets are processed in the most efficient manner. In addition, various opportunities are opening up for the application of artificial intelligence in conjunction with other technologies of the current fourth industrial revolution referred to as Industry 4.0/5.0. 4. Mapping and implementing the required NIST, PCI, IETF, and ICANN standards and ensuring compliance with encryption, protocols, and other requirements is a complex task (NIST, 2022a, 2022b, 2022c; IETF, n.d.).
5. Conducting a comprehensive analysis of the privacy guarantees provided by zero-knowledge proofs and other components (Aimultiple, 2023; Identity.com, n.d.; MakeUseOf, 2022).
6. Performing tests to detect vulnerabilities, such as side-channel attacks, that could possibly compromise user privacy (Goodwill et al., 2021; MIT News, 2022a, 2022b; Springer, 2021).
Given the supplementary contextual details, I am now able to formulate a more comprehensive technological proposal and a compelling call to action:
Directive:
Privacy-preserving authentication solutions are urgently required to verify user identities and actions securely in an increasingly digitalised world. With the rapid increase in cyber dangers, individual privacy and security protection are becoming more vulnerable without adequate measures. I urge the cryptography, security, and standards community to prioritise the investigation and advancement of authentication protocols that utilise encryption, zero-knowledge proofs, and rigorous adherence to industry standards to strengthen privacy safeguards. I specifically propose the promotion of collaborative endeavours among academic researchers, technology providers, government agencies, regulatory bodies, and advocacy groups. The aim is to develop and establish standardised privacy-focused authentication methods for various applications such as financial transactions, border security, and online communications. It is imperative to prioritise the implementation of user privacy by fostering collaboration in both scientific and social domains.
Proposal for Technical Solution:
Objective: Create a mathematical system for multi-factor authentication that incorporates encrypted GPS coordinates, zero-knowledge proofs (ZKPs), and strict compliance with standards set by NIST, PCI DSS, IETF, and ICANN. The primary goals are to uphold privacy, provide security, and sustain efficiency.
Cryptographic Standards: Utilize Hybrid Encryption by creating a symmetric Data Encryption Key (DEK) using ECC or RSA Asymmetric Encryption according to NIST rules. Utilise the Data Encryption Key (DEK) to secure Global Positioning System (GPS) data by employing a symmetric cypher, such as AES-256, that has been authorised by the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST). Apply the SHA-256 algorithm to the ciphertext. Every key must possess an ample amount of randomness and flawless protection against future compromise.
Multi-factor Authentication: Incorporate encrypted GPS, device IDs, user passwords/biometrics, and secure timestamps into the authentication process using OCSP and OAuth2 authorisation standards. Verify the authenticity of device certificates by checking them against OCSP responders for each request. Enforce the need for reauthentication after 30 minutes of no activity.
Zero-Knowledge Proofs: Utilize zk-SNARKs to verify the location of an individual within predefined bounds, confirming traits such as age without disclosing exact GPS coordinates or other confidential data. Employ ECC scalar multiplication within the standard reference string model to enhance efficiency. Adhere to the standards set by IETF/W3C for Decentralised Identifiers.
Through thorough and rigorous testing, side channel protections involve mitigating vulnerabilities such as power analysis, electromagnetic leaks, and timing attacks. Employ masking, noise injection, and removal of deterministic patterns.
The primary objective of this framework is to prioritise user privacy while ensuring security, performance, and adherence to standards. We are working on operationalizing digital health governance on a country level, which has been suggested by World Health Organization and many others involved in this field. While general term - "enhanced digital health governance" is powerful guidance, countries still need to operationalize it. However, searching the published literature we failed to identify commonly agreed taxnomy/definition of specific functions of digital health that are required for enhanced governance. Our review of literature let to the following thought and list that we could consider and we wonder if:
